The Moose

Moose Maple Butter is a blend of freshly churned, Welsh butter (made from grass-fed cows’ milk) and pure, Grade A Canadian maple syrup, blended with just a little sea salt. All-natural and wholesome – try it on toast, crumpets, waffles, bagels, pancakes and hot cross buns as well as to bake, BBQ, grill, fry and roast with.

 

 

The sweet/savoury butter works a treat for frying bacon or glazing roast chicken. It would be just as brilliant dotted over roast veg or used to caramelise apple for a tarte tatin.
